MEET CAROL: Real Estate has been Carol Lee’s #1 passion for over 30 years. Holding positions as a landlord, a licensed builder (with over 20 custom and spec homes under her belt), Realtor and now broker, she has cultivated a very unique, well-rounded background and perspective unlike any other in the field. She has been named a “Real Estate All-Star” by Hour Magazine since 2015.

Carol has been a Northville resident since 2003 and is intimately familiar with the communities, neighborhoods, and history of the area.

In her free time, she enjoys cycling, the great outdoors and spending time with her husband Jack of 30 years and their two boys, Andrew and Alex.

MEET LISA: Raised in Northville and currently living in Lyon Township, Lisa Mimnaugh absolutely loves everything the area has to offer. Both buyers and sellers benefit from her enthusiasm, exceptional knowledge of the area and over ten years as a reputable agent.

Lisa’s exceptional eye to detail, professionalism and outstanding commitment to her clients allow her to tailor to your specific needs. MEET SANDY: Sandy has always had a passion for real estate and decided to jump in several years ago and start her real estate career. Listening and educating her clients comes naturally.

She is currently a resident of Commerce Township, where she has lived with her family for the past 25 years. This vast knowledge keeps her in touch with current and ongoing market trends, aiding you in your search.

Sandy is the founder and President of the Mallory Brincat Memorial Foundation, which dedicates time and resources to helping numerous local children’s charities every year. When she manages to have a moment of free time, you will find her on a golf course or in a yoga studio. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

MEET SAM: As the office manager who held the team together behind the scenes for 2 years, Samantha decided to step out front to become a licensed agent herself. Her wealth of knowledge, love of detail and the ability to pick up things quickly, has made her a natural fit!  

Samantha and her husband enjoy spending time at their farmhouse in Fenton with their lovely cat babies.

MEET SANDY: Sandy Bowers joined our team in 2021, shortly after marrying her fiancé, Tom. The couple has six grown children between them and enjoy living on Cedar Island Lake. Their charming waterfront home draws the entire clan together often! Whether they are hanging out at the sandbar or ice skating, family time is always filled with games and hearty laughter. Sandy also goes above and beyond to assist her aging parents. This devotion has prompted her to become educated as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), giving her the valuable ability to help senior citizens downsize into a home where they may gracefully age in place. Welcome Sandy!

MEET LISA J: Lisa McGorisk Jackman is a seasoned professional with a solid business background and a wealth of diverse experiences. Lisa is a distinguished graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications, laying the foundation for her exceptional communication skills and understanding of client needs. Lisa’s dedication to professional growth led her to further her education at Wayne State University, where she obtained her MBA, equipping her with strategic insight and managerial expertise vital for success in the real estate industry.

Prior to joining our team, Lisa made her mark as the owner and operator of the immensely popular D’Amato’s Restaurant & Goodnite Gracie in Royal Oak, where she cultivated a strong customer base and earned a reputation for excellence in service and hospitality. Lisa’s passion for design and innovation extends beyond the realm of business as the Owner and Designer of J Gardens Landscaping. Her creative flair will bring a unique perspective to the real estate process, ensuring that every property is presented in its best light.

Lisa’s dedication to her family is evident in her role as a proud single mother of three college students. Her commitment to balancing professional excellence with family values sets an inspiring example for all.
